• Recruit, train, and manage volunteer teachers and substitutes.

• Promote and provide support for small group ministries and assist with worship service volunteers.

• Ensure timely and accurate publicity for RE and Chapel Community events.

• Coordinate children's church programs and annual Christmas programs.

• Monitor classroom activities, facility security, and adherence to chapel policies.

• Submit monthly invoices detailing days and hours worked.

• Provide monthly attendance statistics reports.

• Maintain a current roster of Protestant RE volunteers and a continuity binder.

Its purpose is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist for Protestant Religious Education (RE) Coordinator services at Malmstrom AFB. The government is assessing if the effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-aside.
