Submission & Evaluation
Quotes will be evaluated on Price and Technical Capabilities, both weighted equally and requiring an "ACCEPTABLE" rating. Technical capabilities will be assessed based on information provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

- Company name, UEI Number, CAGE Code, Total Yearly Revenue, and business size information.

- 1-3 minute video of vocal performance.
All companies must be registered in SAM and achieve CMMC Level 1 status at the time of award. The Service Contract Act and associated Wage Determinations (Attachment 4) apply. The Government intends to award without discussions and reserves the right to cancel the RFQ.
