Submission Requirements
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors must submit proposals in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items." The selected offeror must submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items," if no existing basic agreement is in place. Other applicable clauses include FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5. All terms and conditions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 and DITCO Basic Agreements.
