Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Evaluation will be based on:
- Technical Acceptability/Capability: Vendor quotes will be evaluated by the customer to confirm technical acceptability based on Statement of Work requirements.
- Past Performance: At least two references for similar and relevant services within the past two years, including contact information. Offerors must send a provided Past Performance Questionnaire to references for direct submission to the Government. A neutral rating will be given for lack of relevant past performance.
- Specification Sheet, Authorized OEM Letter: Required to sell or distribute products.
- Price: Firm Fixed Price, including FOB Destination.
Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Christopher.Baker@noaa.gov by the due date. Submissions must include:

- Active SAM.gov registration (UEID/CAGE CODE and Page 1 of SAM registration).
- Detailed material specification or data sheet for brand name requirements.
