Scope of Work
NOAA requires two (2) Xylem CastAway-CTD units (Model: CA-CTD), which are compact, hand-deployable instruments capable of measuring conductivity, temperature, and depth up to 100 meters. These units will support fleetwide oceanographic, fisheries, and hydrographic missions, enhancing data quality and ensuring operational readiness. Delivery is requested as soon as possible to the NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson at Coast Guard Station Cleveland, OH.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract awarded based on best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include:
- Vendor status as an authorized dealer, vendor, or distributor.
- Product availability and delivery timeframe after receipt of order (ARO).
- Price.
Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted electronically to ALEXANDER.CANCELA@NOAA.GOV by April 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. Required documentation includes:
