Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive gardening and landscape maintenance for U.S. Post properties in Windhoek. This includes, but is not limited to, lawn care (grass cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, turf repair), tree trimming, pruning, leaf and debris removal, watering, and fertilizing. Temporary additional services, requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for special events outside normal working hours, will be compensated at an hourly fixed rate. The contractor must also submit an annual Grounds Maintenance Plan, manage pest and disease control, and ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous substances.
