This document indicates a sole-source procurement for specific brand-name privacy curtain systems. Bidders offering alternative solutions may not be considered unless they can demonstrate compatibility and standardization with the existing PRVC infrastructure. The urgency highlights the critical need for these supplies.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of PRVC brand disposable privacy curtain systems and related track components to the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The requirement supports the replacement and standardization of existing privacy curtain systems to improve patient privacy, infection control, maintenance efficiency, and operational readiness. This is a commercial supply acquisition conducted under FAR Part 12 as an open market brand name only procurement. Installation services are not included.

• PRVC track systems (trolley, swing arm, and drop track configurations)

• Disposable privacy curtains (66W x 68H, Cream, 12/case)

• Associated mounting and accessory components

• Products must be new, commercially available, and in manufacturer's original packaging.

• Delivery within 60 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).

• Firm Fixed Price requirement.

• Technical acceptability will be determined by meeting all salient characteristics. Award will be made to the Lowest Price technically acceptable offer.

• Quote must be valid for 60 days.

• Vendor must quote all line items and include shipping costs.

• This acquisition is unrestricted.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide their UEI number.

• SDVOSB/VOSB verification is required via the VIP portal.
