Scope of Work
The Regional Manager will represent USTDA's program in South Asia, coordinate with U.S. government representatives and South Asian public/private sector entities, identify and develop new project opportunities, advise on investment strategy, monitor project lifecycles, engage in U.S. interagency activities, and manage locally employed staff. The position may require up to 25% travel within South Asia and occasional travel to the United States. A TOP SECRET Security Clearance is required.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Personal Services Contract (PSC)
- Period of Performance: One (1) Base Period plus four (4) 12-month Option Periods, for a total of up to five (5) years.
- Market Value: Equivalent to a GS-14 or GS-15 base salary, ranging from $107,446 to $164,301 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The maximum contract value for the base period is approximately $309,824.75 (GS-14) to $342,950.00 (GS-15).
- Set-Aside: This opportunity is open to U.S. Citizens only and will be awarded solely to an individual, not a firm.
