Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide temporary lodging for U.S. Coast Guard personnel during Reserve Drills.

• Procure temporary lodging for Coast Guard personnel.

• Period of Performance: July 16, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

• Total rooms required: 50 single occupancy and 220 double occupancy rooms, totaling 270 rooms.

• Total room nights: 810 during the period of performance.

• The number of rooms and/or room nights may fluctuate by up to 15% monthly, which will not constitute a breach of contract.

• PSU 312 will provide berthing rosters 28 days prior to check-in.

• Specific room types and anticipated dates are provided for July 2026 through May 2027, with no anticipated drill berthing for August 2026 and June 2027.

• Rooms must be within 10 miles of PSU 313, Everett, WA.

• All personnel to be housed in one single hotel location.

• Room Cancellation deadline: 24 hours before day of stay.

• All rooms must be non-smoking and include a refrigerator.

• Free Wi-Fi is required.

• Secured parking is required (charges included in quote if applicable).

• Dining establishments must be within 0.5 miles.

• Facility must meet AAA three-diamond rating.

• Hotel must be listed on the Hotel-Motel Master list and comply with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990.

• Hotel will not hold member's personal credit/debit cards for incidentals.

• Room entrances must be accessible by internal hallway; berthing facilities must have locked exterior doors accessible by key-holding guests.

• Berthing facilities lobby must have a 24/7 attendant.

• Rooms must be clean and well-maintained; no rooms with continuous loud noise.

• Facility must not participate in government-funded low-income housing programs or receive related subsidies.

• Period: July 16, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

• Place: Within 10 miles of PSU 313, 2000 West Marine View Drive, Everett, WA 98207.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order (FFPPO).
