Scope of Work

- Individual psycho-educational assessments (test administration, scoring, interpretation).

Submission & Evaluation
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes must be submitted in PDF format, comprising two volumes:
- Technical Volume: A written narrative (maximum 5 pages) addressing capabilities and key personnel.
- Price Volume: A completed pricing schedule with per unit pricing and total quoted price. Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability and Price, with the award going to the responsible quoter whose submission is most advantageous to the Government (Best Value).
