To provide Behavioral Health support services to Soldiers of the Georgia Army National Guard, promoting mental fitness and personal wellness for operational readiness and reintegration to civilian life.

• Provide 24/7/365 access to clinically appropriate intake, assessment, behavioral health screening, and referral services via in-person, telephone, or email.

• Conduct clinical case management services, including assessment, intervention planning, referral, and monitoring of clinical progress.

• Assess Soldiers for presenting issues, define intervention plans, work with collateral agents, and consult with supervisors/commanders regarding duty-limiting conditions.

• Engage in wellness promotion focused activities (e.g., Yellow Ribbon, Coping with Deployment) to prevent and educate on mental health issues, provide early intervention, crisis response, and post-intervention support. Attend up to 200 wellness promotion activities annually.

• Provide up to 1,000 consultations per year to leaders and units.

• Engage in clinical and non-clinical behavioral health consultations.

• Provide expertise for short-term problem resolution (up to three encounters).

• Offer Critical Incident Event (CIE) Support, including crisis response, emergency assessment, phone consultation, outreach, emergency medication management, crisis case management, and assistance with hospitalization.

• Provide "psychological first aid" to minimize harmful effects of job stress during crises or emergency situations.

• Maintain a contact list of all personnel supporting psychological health efforts.

• Perform assessment, referral, and case management for adult service members and their families, with limited services for minors.

• Services to be provided Monday through Friday, 0730-1630. Saturday and Sunday work hours may be required at least once per month.

• Primary service locations include Clay National Guard Center (Marietta, GA), Oglethorpe Armory (Ellenwood, GA), Macon Russell Armory (Macon, GA), Fort Stewart Georgia (FSGA) (Hinesville, GA), and Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) building (Columbus, GA).

• Government will evaluate performance using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
