Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice for a Psychological Health Training Video project. This initiative seeks qualified contractors to develop, produce, and deliver two high-quality audio-visual products: iCOVER and BH GEAR, aimed at enhancing mental wellness and resilience among DAF personnel. Responses are due by March 13, 2026.
Purpose
The primary objective is to create engaging, professional-quality video content that supports the Department of the Air Force's mission to promote mental wellness, resilience, and psychological health among its personnel and their families, thereby enhancing mission readiness.
Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the full lifecycle development, production, and delivery of the two video products. This includes project management, concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, directing, filming, editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and final delivery. The videos are expected to be documentary-style, comparable to PBS or BBC productions. Specific tasks involve editing existing open-source video content for iCOVER (removing Army branding and adding DAF branding) and filming new content for the BH GEAR training video, which focuses on mental health assessment and intervention for non-medical personnel. All content must align with USAF context, target audience (airmen, families, support personnel), and USAF media standards.
