Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, for internal clinical behavioral health and leader support and training. Key tasks involve identifying factors affecting organizational culture, advising leaders on stress signs, implementing behavioral health initiatives, conducting training, coaching, surveys, research, and Serious Incident Report (SIR) analysis. Services also include policy consultation, risk assessment and mitigation, facilitating referrals, coordinating with Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), screening incoming Soldiers, providing education, supporting Assessment and Selection (A&S) programs, individual coaching, and administering psychological instruments. Work will be performed remotely within the U.S., with three annual trainings at Fort Knox and six annual sustainment trainings at various USARD Brigade and Battalion headquarters across CONUS and OCONUS.
