• Quotes must be submitted in two separate PDF volumes: Volume I (Technical Quote) and Volume II (Price Quote).

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Collection: Waste must be secured to prevent spillage. Gates used must be locked immediately after use, unless park staff are present or the gate was already open.

• Disposal: All collected waste must be disposed of at appropriate facilities in accordance with regulations.

• Schedule: Services are to be performed weekly on the same day each week, during regular park business hours (Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. HST). No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.

• Container Delivery: Max 3 validated defects per year.

• Container Collection: Max 3 validated defects per month.

• Waste Disposal: Max 3 validated defects per year.

• Government surveillance will include 100% inspection by NPS personnel and vendor reporting.
