Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide pump out and cleaning services for sanitary sewer septic tanks and manholes at various U.S. Army installations in Okinawa, Japan.

• Pump out and clean sanitary sewer septic tanks and manholes.

• Refill pits with water up to the marked level after cleaning.

• Dispose of all retrieved waste water and materials at an approved off-base location in accordance with Japanese environmental laws and regulations.

• Submit manifests of waste water collected and disposed.

• Provide on-call services as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

• Contractor shall respond 100% to each service call made by the COR.

• 100% of the time, waste water shall be disposed appropriately.

• 100% of the manifests shall be submitted to the COR.

• Services to be performed at U.S. Army installations in Okinawa, Japan, including: Torii Station, Bolo Point, Naha Port, Naha Annex, Chimuwan Tank Farm #1, 2 & 3, and Tengan and Kuwae Tank Farm #1 & 2.
