Scope of Work

- Compliance with MIL-STD Packaging, Source Inspection, FOB Source, CAV Reporting, IUID (unless new unit price is below $5,000.00), and Cyber provisions (DFARS 252.204-7008 & 252.204-7012).
- Price Reductions: A 1% price reduction per unit will be incurred for assets not meeting the required RTAT, implemented via a Reconciliation Modification.
