Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide regular and emergency septic and vault toilet pumping and maintenance services for Lewis and Clark National Historical Park near Astoria, Oregon, supporting ongoing park operations.

Vault Toilet Pumping:

• Pumping of four CXT brand vault toilets (1,000-gallon capacity each) at least annually.
• Services include removing all solids and liquids, breaking up solids as necessary, and removing trash.
• Locations:
  • North Netul (4-hole, annual or as needed)
  • South Netul (2-hole, annually)
  • Fort to Sea Parking Lot (1-hole, twice annually)
  • Skipanon (1-hole, annual or as needed, accessed via narrow gravel road)

Septic Pumping:

• Pumping of two individual septic systems with solids tanks ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 gallons.
• Services include pumping tanks empty, breaking up solids, cleaning system filters, inspecting pumps, and inspecting/cleaning/pumping associated manhole/junction vaults.
• Locations and capacities:
  • Admin/Visitor Center: 10,000-gallon tank (5,000 gallons pumped annually, 10,000 gallons pumped every two years).
