• Beyond Repair (BR/BER): Proposed T&E fee/price (Not-to-Exceed amount) if an asset is determined BR.
• New Unit Comparison: New unit price and delivery lead-time for comparison.
• Option Quantity: The Government intends to add an option for increased quantity per FAR 52.217-6.
• Price Reduction: A price reduction will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT, to be specified by the contractor per unit/per month, up to a maximum amount.
