Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit pricing for all items listed in Attachment A - Schedule of Items to be considered responsive. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), with the award made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. Proposals must include a technical acceptability proposal, a price proposal (using Attachment A), past performance, and contractor representations and certifications. Offerors must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
