Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure and deliver a Potable Water Booster Pump Skid for the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater.

• Purchase and deliver one (1) Potable Water Booster Pump Skid.

• The system is a "Prodigy Series" End Suction - Centrifugal Pump, Duplex configuration.

• Key features include NSF 61 Rated, 304 S.S. pumps and casing, iQFlo™ 3.0 Variable Speed B.O.S.S., and GreenFlo™ Low-Flow Energy Optimization.

• Specifications for the system are detailed in the attached submittal data sheets.

• The Contractor warrants all workmanship to be free from defects for one year from the date of substantial completion.

• The work will be performed at Air Station Clearwater, 15100 Rescue Way, Clearwater, FL 33762.

• Work is to be scheduled to minimize interference with facility operations during normal hours (7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays), unless otherwise approved.

• Bidders must examine the scope of work and specifications prior to submitting a quote.

• The Contractor must provide a schedule of work.

• Points of Contact for coordination are provided.

• Adherence to general requirements including recycling, safety (OSHA), inspection, and general regulations onboard the Air Station is mandatory.

• Traffic regulations onboard base must be followed (10 mph speed limit, no cell phones while driving).

• Security requirements include providing a list of contractor personnel for background checks at least one week prior to work. Only U.S. citizens and permanent resident aliens are allowed.

• Contractor and subcontractor personnel must wear company identification and carry photo identification.

• No firearms or weapons are allowed onboard.

• Workmanship and materials are subject to inspection and rejection.

• The contractor shall not alter contract terms or issue change orders without written approval from the Contracting Officer.
