This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial items, seeking quotes for the purchase of a new steam kettle for Wingate Elementary School. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions, anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price purchase order.

• One (1) Stationary Electric Kettle, Vulcan Model No. K40EL, 40-gallon capacity, 2/3 jacketed, 316 series stainless steel liner, spring-assisted hinged cover, 2” compression draw-off valve, faucet bracket, tri-leg base. Must be cULus, UL EPH, ANSI/NSF 4, ASME compliant.

• Includes a standard one-year limited parts and labor warranty.

• Includes a K-12 School Nutrition extended warranty for an additional 12 months (totaling 24 months from installation).

• Unit must be 208v/60/3-ph, 18kW, 50.0amps, direct wired.

• Must be new, in original manufacturer packaging.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: To Be Determined (TBD).

• Location of Performance: Wingate Elementary School, POB 1, 12 Painted Horse Trail, Fort Wingate, NM 87316.

• Pricing includes all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes and duties.

• Quotes are due by 5:00 p.m. MDT on June 8, 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to charmaine.williams-james@bie.edu.

• Evaluation factors: Price, Product Availability, Product Specifications, Delivery Lead Time, and Set-aside.

• Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to requirements, is determined acceptable, and offers the lowest price.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

• Offerors must complete and submit the DIAR IEE representation form (1452.280-4).

• Offerors must provide an all-inclusive firm fixed price quote.

• Delivery lead time must be clearly identified.

• Evidence of product availability (in stock, ready for shipment) is required.

• Product specifications, including photos, must be submitted.

• FOB Destination delivery terms apply.
