Evaluation
Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter. The government reserves the right to reject proposals that are unreasonably low or high in price.
Additional Notes
Quotations must be submitted electronically to Riga-ProcurementSection@state.gov. Required submission documents include SF-18, pricing, representations and certifications, additional information as required in Section 3, and proof of SAM registration (including the SAM UEI number). Offerors must provide a list of clients from the past two years demonstrating relevant past performance. SAM registration is mandatory prior to proposal submission.
