This solicitation is for the U.S. Embassy London to procure a new SUV-type vehicle. The government intends to award a contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror. The award will be made on the basis of initial quotations without discussions, but discussions may be held if necessary.

• Must include manufacturer-specified braking systems (ABS, ESC), reversing camera (360-degree preferred), active safety and collision-avoidance systems, tire pressure monitoring, and Bluetooth connectivity.

• Exterior color must be black or grey.

• The vehicle must not incorporate any covered telecommunications equipment or services.

• Vendors must be familiar with and able to support the process of registering a vehicle in the UK for use by Visiting Forces.

• All offers must be Firm Fixed Price.

• The quoted price must include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation to a location within the UK.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable.

• Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of complete documents after delivery.

• Quotations are due by 1700 BST on April 13, 2026.

• Offers will be evaluated solely on mandatory specifications.

• Additional features or options will not be factored into the technical evaluation or price ranking.

• Vendors' delivery timescales will be considered, with preference given to those who can ensure delivery within six (6) months of receiving the order.

• The Embassy may accept "acceptably similar" new in-country/forecourt vehicles if they meet minimum requirements and can be delivered more quickly.

• Past performance reference checks will be conducted for non-UK vendors.
