• The government may award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions.

• The acquisition is listed as UNRESTRICTED.

• The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-5.

• The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation.

• Inspection and Acceptance Locations are specified, with the destination being Einsiedlerhof Air Station, Building 720.
