• New equipment ONLY; no grey market or refurbished products.

• All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

• The requirement is set aside for small business.

• NAICS Code: 333132 (Oil and gas field machinery and equipment manufacturing).

• USGS is tax-exempt.

• Delivery is FOB Destination.

• Estimated Delivery Date: 04/01/2026 or earlier.

• Quotations are due by 03/19/2026, 1200 PST, submitted via email to yangzhideng@usgs.gov. Hardcopy quotations will not be accepted.

• Award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method.

• Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate capability and technical acceptability.

  • FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature.
  • Firm, fixed price quote.
  • Technical submission (including Part and Model number, product specifications, place of manufacturing, and System for Award Management UEI).
