• A solicitation is anticipated to be posted to the GPE via SAM.gov on approximately 04/17/2026.

• Failure to approve this justification would jeopardize the USCG's mission due to potential grounding of HC-130J aircraft resulting from insufficient stock of oxygen regulators.
