Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

NASA Langley Research Center requires the purchase of specific electrical components for the new Remote Acquisition Data System (RADS) at the 31" Mach 10 tunnel.

The contractor shall provide the following components:

• Part No. 28144-HP4F/LP4FP-HC14-WL Quad Bridge/Dyn. Strain Conditioner with 8-Pole Band-Pass Filters, Option HC14, Quad Bridge/IEPE Configuration Module, programmable bridge configuration (1, 2, 4-Arm) or 2-Wire/4-Wire Constant Current, programmable completion (120, 350, 1kOhm), programmable precision 255 step resistive shunt calibration of R1 or R2, IEPE input mode (8mA constant current source), and Option W for extended amplifier bandwidth to 1.5 MHz (-3 dB).

• Part No. 28608B-HP4F/LP4FP 8-Channel 8-Pole Band-Pass Filter/Amp with 4-Pole High-Pass Filters and 4-Pole Low-Pass Flat/Pulse Filters.

• Part No. 28144-TEST-ADAPTER Test Adapter for Excitation and BC6/7/8/9/HC14 FAT on 28114/124/144 Cards (two adapters per card recommended for FAT).

• Part No. A9766G11 Replacement Fans for 28000 Chassis.

• Lead Time for Delivery: Delivery required by August 14, 2026.

Recommendation and Determination to Solicit from One Source or Brand Name

This document recommends soliciting from a single source or brand name for the acquisition of data acquisition components. The justification is that the required components are manufactured and sold directly by Precision Filters, Inc., and no other manufacturer exists for these specific items.
