Submission & Evaluation

Mixed quotes (financial and technical not separated into different files) will be disqualified. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability will be evaluated based on container specifications, construction, fire protection, ventilation, regulatory compliance, security, delivery capability, and warranty. All responsible sources may submit an offer, but contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of quote submission.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The opportunity is subject to FAR clause 52.229-12 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021). Preference will be given to products meeting recommended environmental specifications and ecolabels.
