Submission Requirements & Evaluation
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offers must be for the brand-name item and demonstrate clear traceability to the OEM. All parts must be new and approved. Contractors must furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15. Prospective vendors who are not the OEM must provide traceability documentation (e.g., an OEM quote with redacted pricing) prior to award.
Quotations must include the solicitation number, Offeror's name/address/phone, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), EFT indicator, and responses to required certifications, along with a statement of agreement with solicitation terms.
