This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Red Hill Mobility RRHSOL-JLTV, specifically for a "Solar Fleet Kit for JLTV." The government is procuring 37 units of this kit.

Each kit must contain the following components:

• QTY (1) Canadus Power Systems 10 AMP Charge Controller (PN: SC-1224-10A) with specific features including MPPT, 24" leads, automatic voltage detection, 4 mounting holes, battery/PV lights, programmer port, dual voltage (12/24vdc), and black color.

• QTY (1) Canadus Power Systems 10 AMP Charge Controller (PN: SC-1224-10A) with similar features but 58" leads.

• QTY (1) Canadus Power Systems Sure Start extension cable (PN: SP-1224-EC ASSY) with 111" leads, Conxall connectors, engine bay rating, IP67 or higher rating, 2-position keyed pins, and black color.

• QTY (2) Canadus Power Systems 25-watt Solar Panels (PN: SP-1224-25W-FJB ASSY) that are flexible, monocrystalline, 12.25" x 23", flush mounted J-Box with 50" leads, adhesive backing, flush mounted cable connection, 48 vdc capacity, and black color.

• QTY (2) Canadus Power Systems Sure Start Battery Desulfators (PN: HD-1224-M10) with 24" leads, 10 Amp inline fuse, specific dimensions, patented pulsing de-sulfation technology, activation voltages of 13.1V (12V systems) and 26.2V (24V systems), and a green activation light.

• The requirement is for one order with a quantity of 37 EA.

• Shipping will be to Fort Carson, CO 80913.

• Delivery will be FOB Destination, CONUS.

• The period for acceptance of offers is 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• Offers must be submitted via email upon the close date of the RFQ.

• Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

• Quoters must be a registered user and able to accept POs in GSA's Order Management Services (OMS) Vendor Portal or have the ability to receive orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

• Evaluation factors include Administrative Compliance (pass/fail), Technical Acceptability (pass/fail), and Lowest Evaluated Price.

• Administrative compliance requirements on pages 1 and 2 must be met.

• This RFQ is set aside exclusively for Small Business IAW FAR 19.201.

• Vendors must have the assigned NAICS size standard (1,250 employees or less) in their SAM account to be eligible.

• The assigned NAICS code is 334413: Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing.

• The nonmanufacturer rule does not apply as this acquisition is under the SAT.

• Vendors must update their Representations and Certifications on SAM.gov prior to closing.

• All applicable provisions and clauses must be completed and acknowledged.

• Failure to submit required documents or complete fields may result in disqualification.
