Submission & Evaluation
Quotations should be submitted via email to Allison.T.Meads@uscg.mil, with "70Z03826QL0000143" in the subject line. Minimum submission requirements include the solicitation number, offeror's name/address, UEI, EFT indicator, information for evaluation factors, completed representations and certifications, and agreement to terms and conditions. Evaluation will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Technical acceptability requires new manufactured commercial items. Shipping terms must be F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B Origin; EXW or Incoterms 2020 are not accepted.
