- On-site installation at NRL, Washington, DC 20375

This is a Brand Name Only requirement for Pure Storage equipment; no substitutions will be accepted to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and maintain operational capabilities.
Mandatory Security Requirements
Due to the installation location, vendors must meet stringent security protocols:
- Facility Clearance (FCL): The prime contractor must possess and maintain an active SECRET Facility Security Clearance.
- Personnel Clearance (PCL): Technicians performing on-site installation must hold an active, final Tier 3 (T3) / SECRET personnel security clearance. Interim clearances are not accepted.
Submission Requirements (Capability Statement)
Interested Small Businesses must submit a Capability Statement, not exceeding three (3) pages, by June 22, 2026. Submissions must include:
- Company Profile & Security Verification: Company details, CAGE Code, UEI, business size, and socio-economic categories. The Government will verify the required SECRET FCL via the provided CAGE code.
- Strategic Sourcing Vehicles: Identify any existing vehicles (e.g., NASA SEWP V, GSA MAS, DoD ESI) under which the company is authorized to sell these Pure Storage items, with contract numbers.
- Manufacturer Authorization: A Manufacturer Authorization Letter from Pure Storage (or active Partner Network ID) confirming authorized reseller status and ability to transfer OEM warranties/support.
- Personnel Security Confirmation: Written assertion that the vendor employs technicians with active, final T3/SECRET clearances capable of performing the installation.
