Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of WORK BOAT LARGE BOAT PUSH KNEES AND RUBBER FENDER REPLACEMENT PARTS. The government anticipates awarding a firm, fixed-price contract.

• Supply of (4) shipsets of push knees and associated hardware.

• Supply of (4) sets of solid rubber fenders.

• All items must be new, unused, and free from defects.

• Deliver documentation certifying authenticity and compliance with manufacturing standards.

• Provide a comprehensive instruction manual for installation, operation, and maintenance.

• Include a catalog for identifying potential replacement parts.

• Items must meet specific requirements, including "High tensile strength 6"x8" solid block squared fender Brand Name or Equal to Duramax 6"x8X DB300 Solid Rectangular 2000T".

• Unique item identification and valuation (DFARS 252.211-7003) is required for delivered items with a government unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is by March 31, 2026.

• Questions Deadline: 1 day prior to the solicitation's closing date.

• Evaluation Factors: Technical (including delivery date), price, and past performance (in no order of relative importance).

• Proposals must quote the entire effort; partial quotes may be deemed unacceptable.

• Submission of invoices and receiving reports will be via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 332510, with a size standard of 750 employees.

• Brand Name or Equal: The acquisition is for Duramax Marine, LLC Push Knees, Associated Hardware, and Solid Rubber Fenders, or equal. Interested Authorized Distributors may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals.

• The solicitation includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions, including those related to telecommunications and video surveillance equipment, Buy American Act, and Trade Agreements.

• Delivery Location: US Naval Base Yokosuka, CFAY Port Operations Department, Yokosuka, Japan.
