Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from Argonne National Laboratory for the supply of materials and/or services. It is not an order.

  • PVC Louver Media (4 cells, frames re-used)
  • MC120 Fill Packs (4 cells)

• Services: Freight to Argonne (Lemont, IL)

• The resulting Purchase Order will be subject to Argonne Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items (ANL-71COM, dated October 22, 2025) and will be exempt from Illinois Occupation and Use Taxes and from Manufacturers and Retailers Excise Taxes.

• Quotations must be received by 06/22/2026.

• Submit quotations to jmangis@anl.gov.

• Offerors must provide a published price list or redacted invoice to prove price reasonableness.

• Provide lead time (days from receipt of order).

• Confirm country of origin.

• If shipping internationally, confirm ship from location and HTS code.

• Any tariff charges must be included in the unit price; separate line items for tariffs are not accepted.

• Indicate any available discounts for DOE or if the order falls under GSA contract pricing (include contract # and expiration date if applicable).
