Submission & Evaluation
This solicitation is issued under FAR Part 13, with synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applying. The solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 by reference. Payment will be made via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
