Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform pyrotechnics displays for the Shaw Air Expo 2026 Air Show.

• Perform a minimum of three pyrotechnic displays per day.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary for pyrotechnic displays.

• Period of Performance: No earlier than 1200L on Monday, March 23, 2026, and no later than 1700L on March 26, 2026.

• All units must be removed by no later than 1000 on March 31, 2026.

• Contractor must attend a pre-show briefing each morning.

• Evaluation Factors: Lowest Price and Technical Acceptability.

  • Technical Acceptability will be assessed based on a technical narrative (max 5 pages) demonstrating the offeror meets minimum standards outlined in the SOW.
  • The government will evaluate the first three lowest-priced offers for technical acceptability. If any are unacceptable, they will continue evaluating until three acceptable offers are found.
