Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure and install up to 37 window shades within Building 301, 2nd Floor space at Robins Air Force Base, GA.

• Procure and install window shades meeting specific brand name or similar specifications.

• Key specifications include: CACO, INC Rollease Skyline Roller Shades, Stainless Steel Beaded Chains, 3" Black Aluminum Deluxe Fascias, KleenScreen 1%, NFPA 701 Fire Classification, ASTM G21 and ASTM E2180 Fungal/Bacterial Resistance, Grade 4 out of 5 Light Fastness. Color to be selected after award.

• Contractor to provide all necessary tools and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

• Contractor responsible for cleaning workspaces upon completion.

• Contractor responsible for accurate measurements prior to quote submission.

• Delivery and installation to occur within 30 days of award.

• On-site installation at B301, Robins Air Force Base, GA.

• Work hours are typically 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Sunday through Saturday, but may be adjusted by the Government with 48-hour notice.

• In accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7003, electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) module Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is required.
