The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Decipher Prostate Testing Services in support of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, and the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. NAICS code is 621511, size standard is $41.5 million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (only one responsible source), to negotiate on a sole source basis with Veracyte Labs SD Corporation, 6925 Lusk BLVD STE 200 San Diego, California 92121-2789 this requirement due to no responses received on sources sought posting 36C25026Q0061 and Veracyte Inc being the sole source provider of the Decipher Prostate Cancer Classifier. They provide this patented and proprietary assay through their state-of-the-art, CLIA accredited, CAP accredited laboratory in San Diego, CA. The contractor shall provide all supplies, labor, knowledge, techniques, supervision, test equipment and analysis necessary to perform the specific Decipher Prostate Tests requested by the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, and the Battle Creek VA Medical Center for the period from contract award date for one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. This procurement will be conducted with the procedures in FAR part 13. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. A sources sought notice was posted on October 16, 2025 and closed on October 21, 2025. This is not a request for quote or sources.
