Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Service Contract for STAT and Esoteric medical lab testing services for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. This notice is published under FAR 12.102 Restricting Competition and 41 U.S.C. 1901.
