- Microbial identification to at least the genus level for samples exceeding action levels specified in 2023 USP <797> Tables 7 and 8.
- Reporting sample receipt, final results (including incubation details, media type, lot/expiration), and any issues compromising results. The VAPAHCS facility will provide plates/paddles and media fill test kits.
