Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, specifically for Referral Laboratory Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Portland Health Care System. The VA is seeking a four-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide specialized laboratory testing and interpretation for veterans with complex conditions, including cancers, bleeding disorders, and transplant-related diseases. • Flow cytometry for leukemia/lymphoma diagnosis and MRD testing.

• Expert consultation services from highly specialized pathologists.

• Courier services for specimen pickup and delivery, including STAT and short-stability specimens.

• Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CLIA and CAP accreditation.
