This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, specifically for Reference Laboratory Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Roseburg Health Care System. • Provide urgent and emergent laboratory testing services seven (7) days a week.

• Provide Anatomic Pathology services, performed and signed by an American Board of Pathology certified Pathologist.

• Ensure all tests are performed to the satisfaction of the Roseburg VA Healthcare System.

• Provide methodology and ranges for requested tests.

• Follow VA Information & Information System Security privacy guidelines.

• Report results within specified timeframes: 1 business day for routine tests, 5 business days for anatomic pathology, and immediate reporting for STAT and Critical Value results.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Ordering Period: Five years, from 06/01/2026 to 05/31/2031.

• Contract Ceiling: $350,000.00 over five years.

• Minimum IDIQ Capacity: $500.00.

• Maximum IDIQ Capacity: $70,000.00.
