Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System in Ann Arbor, Michigan intends to award a fixed price 6-month, short-term contract for In Home Sleep Monitoring services that include equipment and a Board-Certified Sleep Medicine Physician (BCSMP) who will review and interpret the raw data of the sleep study epoch for the Ann Arbor, VAMC to include all community-based outpatient clinics (CBOC) in the Ann Arbor, Michigan catchment area. This will be under NAICS Code 621610, size standard $16.5 Million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).

This will be for the period of 6 months starting December 1, 2025 in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 12:00 pm Eastern time on November 7, 2025.
