Scope of Work
The requirement is for the custom laboratory fabrication of patient-specific dental surgical guides to support Oral Surgery and Implant procedures. Key services include:
- Receipt and processing of VA-provided digital CBCT imaging files and planning data.
- Collaboration on digital surgical planning, if required.
- Fabrication of the patient-specific surgical guides.
- Delivery of guides within 48-72 hours of submission or as specified by prescription.
- The contractor must be capable of accepting a maximum of 50 orders per month. Contractor personnel are not considered VA employees and must adhere to VA regulations regarding identification, parking, smoking, and weapons while on site.
Contract Details
This will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Single-Award contract. The anticipated period of performance includes a base year from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four (4) additional one-year option periods. The total contract duration, including all options, shall not exceed five (5) years.
Submission & Evaluation
Interested small businesses must submit quotes electronically via email to robert.arabie@va.gov by April 17, 2026, at 3 PM Central Time. Requests for Information (RFIs) are due by April 7, 2026, at 3 PM Central Time. Offerors must hold quoted prices for 60 calendar days from the response date. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LTPA) criteria, considering Technical capability, Price, and Past Performance. If the lowest priced quote is technically acceptable, no other quotes will be reviewed.
Eligibility
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Small Business. Vendors must also complete and return VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting. Failure to verify SAM registration and certification status may result in rejection of the quote.
