Scope of Work

The requirement is for onsite Emergency Department Physician Services. Physicians must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, meet VA and VAEOHS standards, and adhere to American College of Emergency Physician (ACEP) or American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) guidelines. All assigned physicians must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. The ED operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including federal holidays. If a solicitation results, a minimum of six (6) Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) will be required.

Potential Contract Details

If this RFI leads to a solicitation, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated performance period would be one (1) base year with two (2) one-year option periods. No specific set-aside is indicated at this market research stage; however, respondents should include their company's business size status in their capability statement.
