  • Interior Design and Space Planning
  • Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) acquisition, installation, and inventory
  • Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and Transition Planning
  • Activation Support Services, including delivery, relocation, installation, training, and post-occupancy support. Optional tasks include Warehousing & Warehousing Management Services and additional Activation Services.
