Scope of Work

- Supporting optimization efforts, issue management, troubleshooting, and minor break/fix tasks.
- Providing training and managing user/system access.
- Collaborating with Omnicell field strategists to implement optimization opportunities.

- Building reports on equipment performance and identifying efficiency opportunities (inventory, diversion risks, outdate avoidance).

- Operating Omnicell equipment for stocking, cycle counting, cleaning, and assisting with new equipment implementation and upgrades. Personnel must be trained and certified in Omnicell solutions, including Performance Center/Omnicell One, inventory optimization, reporting, and interface basics.

Submission & Evaluation

- A plan for service delivery if not local to the service area.
- A list of technical certifications and experience for personnel.
- A company capability statement. Award will be made on an "All or Nothing Basis" to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous. Adherence to and capability to comply with the Statement of Work is more important than price. Offers not meeting SOW standards will not be evaluated for price.
