Purpose & Scope
This effort seeks non-personal IOTA services to support the activation of a new, approximately 41,716 net usable square foot (NUSF) replacement outpatient clinic, including 300 parking spaces. The project aims to address inadequate and undersized current facilities, enhancing Veteran healthcare services in the Junction City market. The new facility will be designed to optimize VA care delivery, improve Veteran satisfaction, and support increased workload for Ambulatory Services, Procedures, and Mental Health Services. It will house 8 Primary Care PACT teams, Mental Health, Ambulatory Specialty Care, Audiology, Laboratory, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC), Tele-Health, Tele-Retinal, and limited Radiology services.

Eligibility & Set-Aside
