Set-Aside / Eligibility
This acquisition is conducted under 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i)), based on a determination that Vital Images, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of meeting the agency's requirements. Submission & Evaluation
