Set-Aside & Authority
This procurement is intended as a sole-source award to a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the authority of VAAR 819.7008 and FAR 6.302-5. The contracting officer may award sole source if the requirement does not exceed $5,000,000, the concern is a verified SDVOSB, and the price is fair and reasonable and in the Government's best interest.
Response & Evaluation
This is a notice of intent only; it is not a solicitation. Interested parties who believe they can provide the described services must submit a capability statement demonstrating:
